Candidate must keep the scanned copy/image of the following (as applicable) beforehand in ready-to-upload state before starting the filling of online application:-

1. Recent Passport Size Colour photograph
   (front portrait in light background without head gear except for Sikhs) taken not before six months from date of filling registration form. The photograph is to be taken with candidate holding a black slate in front of his/ her chest displaying his/ her name and date of photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters.

2. Candidate’s left hand thumb impression image.
   Size – 10 kb to 100 kb
   Format – JPEG/JPG

3. Candidate’s signature image.
   Size – 10 kb to 100 kb
   Format – JPEG/JPG

4. Candidate’s parents (Father/ Mother/ Guardian) signature image (if candidate is below 18 years on the date of filling the online application).
   Size – 10 kb to 100 kb
   Format – JPEG/JPG

5. 10^th Passing Certificate & Marks Sheet
   Scanned copy of original 10^th/Matriculation passing certificate & Marks Sheet
   Size – 50 kb to 150 kb
   Format – JPEG/JPG

6. Scanned copy of Musical Experience Certificate (Upload scanned copy of original musical experience certificate out of the following:

   Grade 5th or equivalent or above in one instrument from a recognised music institute such as TCL or RSM, KM Music Conservatory, Bangalore School of Music, TSM, GMI, Berklee School of Music etc.

   OR

   Diploma or equivalent in the field of music for candidates performing Hindustani or Carnatic Classical Music from any recognised University.

   OR

   Certificate of participation/awards presented at various events. For such candidates, performance/ playing of blowing instruments with staff notation as mentioned in Education QRs.

   Note. Candidate must select any one option and upload relevant certificate. If any candidate is having documents pertaining to two categories, at least two uploading options should be enabled for choosing and uploading of relevant certificates, in case of candidates having more than one certificate.

7. Additional Documents

   i) Additional Marks Sheet for a particular subject (not included in main mark sheet) or mark sheets for improvement in any subject/ subjects for improvement in overall gross percentage (if applicable).

   ii) Scan copy of duly filled Service Certificate in respect of Serving NC (E) of IAF (if applicable).
