Candidate must keep the scanned copy/ image of the following (as applicable) beforehand in ready-to-upload state before starting the filling of online application:-

1. Un-attested recent passport size colour photograph (taken not before three months from date of filling registration form).

2. Matriculation passing certificate (required for verification of candidate’s name, father’s name and his/ her date of birth).

3. 10+2/ Intermediate/ XII or equivalent examination passing certificate and marks sheet

   Or

   Three Year Diploma course passing certificate and marks sheets of all semesters.

   Or

   Two Year Vocational course passing certificate and marks sheets of all semesters and marks sheets of non-vocational subjects of English, Physics and Mathematics.

4. Matriculation Marks Sheet (only applicable for three years Diploma / two years Vocational Course holders when English is not a subject in Diploma / Vocational Course).

5. Domicile Certificate issued by any Gazetted Officer in Revenue Department or any other official authorised by the State Government of the particular state/ UT while reporting for Phase-II examination (optional).

Or

6. COAFP-I. Children of serving Air Force personnel [Officer/ Airmen/ NCs(E) and Unit cadre Civilians paid from Defence Estimates] whose father/mother is presently serving in any Air Force Unit/ any other Organisation located in the districts of State(s)/ UTs. Such candidates will produce latest COAFP (Children of Air Force Personnel) Certificate (If applicable).

Or

7. COAFP-II. Children of Air Force personnel [Officers/ Airmen/ NCs(E) and Unit Cadre Civilians paid from Defence Estimates] whose father/ mother is Retired/ Discharged/ Deceased and they are residing in the districts of State(s)/ UTs. Such candidates will produce a proof of minimum stay of one year along with original and photocopy of Service Book/ Discharge Book/ Casualty Service Certificate/ Service Particular Certificate (issued from DPO-3/ DAV as applicable) in case of Officers/ Airmen/ NCs(E) and a Certificate duly signed by OIC Civil Admin and countersigned by CO/ C Adm O of the last served unit, in case of Civilians. (If applicable).

8. Discharge certificate (as issued from Indian Army/ Indian Navy/ Government Organisation) for candidates discharged from Indian Army/ Indian Navy/ Any other government organisation).

9. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer for candidates presently serving in any government organisation (if applicable).

10. NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate (if applicable).

11. For candidates discharged from Indian Army/Indian Navy/Any other government organisation, original and four self-attested photocopies of Discharge Certificate (as issued from Indian Army/Indian Navy/Government Organisation).

12. No Objection Certificate (NOC) [in original and four self-attested photocopies] issued from the employer, applicable only for candidates presently serving in any Government Organisation.

13. Original and four self-attested photocopies of NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate (if applicable).

Candidates are to download & take colour printout of Admit Card. The same will be carried to the examination centre on the day of test.

Note:

1. The name of the children and his/ her date of birth mentioned in the Discharge Book/ Service Certificate must match with the details mentioned in his/ her matriculation passing certificate.

2. Under no circumstances the candidates will be permitted to appear in the selection test without original educational marks sheets/ passing certificates & documents mentioned above . However, candidates with photocopies of educational marks sheets/ passing certificates can be permitted to appear in the selection test only on production of a certificate from College/ School Principal certifying that educational certificates/ marks sheets are deposited with College/ School. In exceptional circumstances, digilocker verified certificates will be accepted and candidates issued with CSV (Certificate Subject to Verification) status.

3. The original passing certificates/ marks sheets will not be retained by the selection centre. The same will be returned to the candidates on completion of detailed verification.
